Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Maintain organized filing systems and transcribe important documents.
- Provide computer literacy support, including proficiency in Google Suite.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support.
- Collaborate with medical and dental office staff as needed.
- Assist in managing QuickBooks for basic financial tasks.
- Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in written communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and professional etiquette.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
- Proficiency in transcribing important information accurately.
- Previous work in a medical office setting is advantageous.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
