Must love all things skincare! We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team at Clean Your Dirty Face in Winter Park, FL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service. We are a fast paced environment. Experience with POS systems, scheduling and great customer service is a plus!
Duties
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check clients in for their appointment
- Provide information about services, enhancements, and memberships
- Manage appointments, including cancellations and modifications
- Process payments and maintain client accounts
- Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using front desk software
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
