- THIS IS IN A FACTORY SETTING (Bakery for approx. 118 locations).
- Position entails standing for long-periods of time.
- Hours fluctuate from start time of 1pm to 3pm until FINISHED.
- Team and Goal Oriented: Ability to work/multi-task with Yeast Line production staff members, manufacturing Dunkin Donuts' products [Donuts and Specialty Products] while maintaining Dunkin Donuts operating standards.
- Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and move throughout assigned shift. Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. and move full product racks as required.
- Safety and Compliance: Ability to follow/implement directives from management staff. Ability to follow safety guidelines for food manufacturing, including but not limited to working with industrial baking equipment, handling/processing of hot products and with hot equipment, safe usage of hazardous materials, and proper adherence to safety guidelines in the prevention of food contamination [food handling standards compliant with Dunkin Donuts' Food Safety SOP's].
- Scheduling/Attendance: Scheduling flexibility required, adherence to assigned schedule and punctuality required. Ability to possibly stay beyond scheduled shift for the completion of production. Advanced notice required for any requested time-off
- Training: Ability to comprehend information relational to training procedures and properly implementing skills acquired through training into operating environment [evaluated through proficiency reviews conducted by management staff].
- Work Area Operations: Will learn how to setup assigned area for area operations and responsible for area clean-up at completion of assigned shift.
- Will work as a team within the Yeast Line Staff, developing and maintaining skills in the operation of manufacturing equipment [machine operator] and varied processes utilized to create donuts and specialty products; at the conclusion of training MUST be proficient in the following areas: Making yeast-based mixes; operation of cutting/sending dough to be cut/processed; "plucking" munchkins and munchkin machine operation; placing raw products onto "flights" for proofing process in a rapid, consistent manner; catching/"screening" finished products onto processing racks
