Position Description
The role will be responsible for the program management, activities, and initiatives in the areas of employee benefits survey and data analytics, including data integration and management, and project management for all employee benefits surveys.
General Responsibilities
- Program and project management for employee benefits surveys including U.S. benchmark, cost, retirement, global practices & policies, ad hoc, and country surveys
- Lead annual employee benefits survey member committee meetings, reviews, redesign, and implementation with both members and external vendor
- Manage employee benefits survey vendor to ensure they meet key deadlines and deliverables
- Facilitate/manage testing of online survey platform, including survey pre-population
- Create/update employee benefits survey communication materials
- Organize and develop summary presentations for all surveys, including synthesizing local and global trends that impact benefits plan design
- Present employee benefits survey results and summaries during member meetings
- Identify and implement ways to improve surveys to add value for members continually
- Apply knowledge of mathematics and statistics to design, develop, and perform financial analyses and calculations to analyze best and present employee benefits survey data
- Develop financial models to prepare benchmark comparison summaries for employee benefits surveys
- Interpret employee benefits survey data to develop value-added analyses, summaries, and trends
- Identify and implement ways to refine and improve processes and approaches to employee benefits survey data analytics
- Lead the methodology to collect and integrate data across multiple sources to bring member value
- Utilize data quality assurance and data integrity methods to ensure data accuracy for surveys
- Interact with members to solicit feedback on the data analysis and requirements to support survey summary needs
- Provide best-in-class support by thoughtfully responding to member inquiries and taking the additional steps necessary to ensure that members continually receive exceptional member value
- Support internal team members with surveys and data analysis related to key initiatives and employee benefits consulting projects
- May manage and mentor one direct report supporting survey administration and operations
- Support other job duties as directed by the manager
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, business, mathematics, finance, or statistics and at least 8 years of full-time professional experience, or the equivalent in supporting U.S. and/or international benefits or in benefits consultancy. Additional requirements include:
- Strong planning, program and project management experience, solutions oriented
- Proven advanced mathematical and Excel skills to collect, measure, organize, analyze and present data
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret and identify insights and trends
- Familiarity with employee benefits, preferably with both U.S. and international benefits
- “Can do” positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills and genuine interest in bringing value to member companies
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal/written, organizational, follow-through, and quality assurance skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness to manage competing priorities in a dynamic and changing environment
- Works well independently and as part of a small team
- Creative critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), G Suite, PowerBI or other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), survey tools (e.g. Survey Monkey), and Zoom
- Ability to work remotely and staying connected with a virtual team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
