TS Trim manufactures the door liners & switch panels for the Honda Accord, Acura, Civic & CR-V.
There is an immediate opening for the position of New Model Assistant Chief Administrator. Pay range $55,000-$65,000/year.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Sufficient skills in Microsoft Office

Position Responsibilities:
- Contact window for Customers & Suppliers
- Create/ Maintain trial breakdown from Customer matrix for TSTI procurement planning
- Coordinate trial builds
- Create and maintain Internal Engineering Parts Component List (parts list) in QAD & GBOM
- Prepare & Maintenance of Master Schedules (SAP)
- Create/ maintain Variation charts for NM, MP and SPPC
- Disposition of old parts@ NM warehouse
- Create/Maintain master application summary
- Coordinate MP transfer meetings for New Model
- Participate in Internal Shipping Evaluations meetings
- Participate weekly Project team meeting
- Participate in SQCD activities for Dept.
- Creation of ATN (Advance trial notification) to Honda for trial PO's.
- Confirm inventory as needed
- IMDS submission to TSAM for New Model
- Create Supplier Inspection standards
- Review and evaluate Supplier PQCT/FMEA
- Participate in New Model events (Supplier and Internal)
- Participate in Customer/Supplier NMR 2 -5 activities
- Prepare and support Internal Problem Tracking Charts (back up)
- Read & understand drawings
- Perform measuring data collection & graphing @ New Model timing
- Support CPK data analysis
- Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the associate handbook
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Back up for Purchase Requisitions
- Back up for Pro card verifications
- Lead or support as needed
- Complete monthly inventory
- Participate in recycling standards within Plant and Warehouse
- Support RCA system
- Lead and participate in kaizen improvement activities as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Auditing

- Maintain an attendance record which reflects positively on position
- Ability to do root cause analysis on issues
- Support NMG business plan activities
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of QCD Guidelines
