Western Addition Restaurant Group is a growing company that started in 2018. We opened our first restaurant il Bracco Dallas in 2019, and il Bracco Houston in 2022. We also opened two unique concepts last year, Bobbie’s Airway Grill in Dallas at Preston Royal and Balboa Surf Club in Houston in Post Oak Plaza. Our restaurants feature stunning modern architecture and design and completely made-from-scratch kitchens where we bake fresh bread and desserts and butcher whole fish and proteins in-house every day. We are dedicated to quality, freshness, and consistency which requires motivated and talented team members.
We are looking for exceptional applicants who are passionate about service, operations, and food quality and want to build a rewarding career in hospitality. We are growing and have many opportunities for professional development and advancement. You will receive hands-on experience in every role in the front and back of the house in one of our restaurants. Because our managers have diverse backgrounds, we expect that you learn and grow, and will be given many opportunities to show your strengths.
We are searching for hospitality-driven professionals dedicated to consistency, high standards, creativity, critical thinking, and a desire to achieve daily excellence.
