Client Services Manager, Property Management
Mission For This Role:
- The Client Services Manager at WPD is critical to our overall mission and vision. We strive to be the property management company of choice by raising the bar of standards and providing quality services to clients and residents in the communities we serve. The Client Services Manager is the primary point of contact for our owners, and ensures the highest quality of customer service is always provided. The Client Services Manager will interact with all departments, and is expected to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in all interactions.
Objectives For the Role:
- Within the first 3 months, it will be expected that the Client Services Manager has been trained on our systems and processes
- Respond to all owner communication in a timely manner
- Gather information from other internal staff accordingly
- Within the first 6 months, the Client Services Manager should be proficient in routine communication with minimal supervision.
- Within the first 6 months, The Client Service Manager will be able to execute onboarding and offboarding of new clients, as well as other important protocols with minimal supervision

Qualification and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer programs – Excel, Work, Gmail communication platform
- Experience in property management (ideally in our southside Chicago market) is highly preferred
- Experience with Amazon Work Docs and Google sheets is preferred
- Appfolio property management software preferred but not required (applicants should have a strong capacity to learn new software).
Role Details:
- Full time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Pay range expected between $70,000-90,000K annually based on experience
