This is a part-time, temporary position responsible for various clerical tasks and supporting multiple individuals. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and capable of maintaining office organization and efficiency.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Receiving and greeting visitors as needed.
- Clerical- Filing (virtual and hard copy).
- New order processing and project logging.
- Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Minimum of 3 years in an office/clerical position.
- Strong phone and people skills.
- Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Willing to work with others in a team environment and contribute wherever needed.
- Understands the importance of great customer service.
- Ability to multitask and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- 30 hours per week in the office, plus event support.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
