Part-time
Small San Francisco (Union Square) law firm focusing exclusively in Trusts and Estates seeks a PART-time legal assistant to begin work immediately.
No experience necessary. We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Supporting and assisting attorneys
- Preparation of correspondence
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Ordering supplies
- Data Entry
- Analysis of Financial Documents
- Opening of new files and other file clerk duties
Qualifications:
- Excellent technical skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience in Trusts, Estates, Probate helpful, but not required
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
Educational Requirements: At least 2 years of college.
Salary: Depends on experience.

M 10-5
T 9-5
W 9-5
