Description:
The Outbound Customer Service Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential customers to provide information regarding units and floor plans, answer questions, and setup touring appointments. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and aims to build positive relationships with prospects, enhance their satisfaction, and our newest properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospects to provide information, follow up on previous interactions, and gather feedback.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with prospects.

Issue Resolution: Address prospect inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Sales Support: Identify potential rental opportunities during prospect interactions and refer these leads to the onsite team as appropriate.

Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.

Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls with prospects to ensure their questions have been answered and to assess their satisfaction with the services provided.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and to resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
