We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities within the company, as well as managing our storefront operations. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales and outreach goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Manage the hiring process for the sales team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our premier store in West Hollywood, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with designers, design firms, and other key industry stakeholders to drive sales and expand our customer base.
- Actively participate in sales activities, including engaging with clients, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to meet sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand our customer base.
- Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in retail operations and storefront management.
- Experience in design and trades is considered a significant asset.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
