LHH seeks a Healthcare Recruiter in Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals.
Regularly report to the Head of HR with weekly progress updates.
Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start dates.
Source candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
Make recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and fill specific job openings.
Follow up with applicants regarding their application status.
Post job requisitions to both internal and external websites within approved budgets.
Screen applicants and conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure they meet licensing, certification, education, and experience requirements.
Create and send internal status change letters to employees.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, agencies, and other sources of high-quality candidates.
Establish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class team.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or related background in Human Resources.
A minimum of two years of direct recruitment experience in the healthcare field, required.
Familiarity with a variety of recruitment practices.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage priorities and workflow.
Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
Versatility and flexibility to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams and committees.

Pay Details: $58,000.00 to $67,600.00 per year
