JOB DESCRIPTION
This job comes with a great work-life balance. Operating hours are 9:30-6:30pm (Mon-Sat) and closed on Sunday's. Assistant Managers work 35-40 hours a weekly. HoneyBaked is known for its great culture and development for career growth.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure customers receive excellence in service and product quality. To perform, support and manage all aspects of store operations within the budgetary guidelines. To act in conjunction with the General Manager in achieving company sales and profit objectives. To act in the capacity of General Manager in the General Manager’s absence. To provide leadership and management to the store staff.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least 1 years of restaurant or retail service industry experience is desirable.
Prior supervisory experience recommended.
Good understanding of production facility operations experience equivalent to 1-2 years work experience.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma required.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
