Job Description: Senior Manager for Multi-Unit Venue in Times Square
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to oversee the operations of a multi-unit venue located in the heart of Times Square. The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high standards of service across all units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of all units within the venue.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of managers and staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and implement team-building activities and initiatives.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for each unit.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee cost control measures and ensure financial efficiency.
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
- Develop and execute programs to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop long-term strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.

- Event Management:
- Oversee planning and execution of events hosted at the venue.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in managing large-scale, multi-unit venues or similar environments.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
