Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and guiding them through their furniture buying journey. You will provide product knowledge, design advice, and exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant and successful shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information and offer personalized design solutions.
- Process sales transactions and follow up on delivery arrangements.
- Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about the latest products and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to store success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to move merchandise as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
