Top earners can make over $120K per year. Commissions are uncapped in this position. Average annual pay for the Sales Associate position is between $75k - $79k.
Start Date: 7/8/24
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1PM-9:30PM CST which is 11AM-7:30PM PST, 12PM-8:30PM MST, 2PM-10:30PM EST one Saturday or Sunday every 4th weekend
The Bilingual Phone Sales Associate is primarily responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations
- Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on active prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance.
- Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income
