WARNING THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL REGISTERED NURSE JOB!
Are you an RN with long term care experience or care of the chronically ill of any age?
Are you looking for a rewarding, self-schedule flexible position where your knees, hips, and back don’t hurt?
If so, you have found the right job for you!
D & S Diversified Technologies - Headmaster LLP is the testing company for certified nurse aides (CNA) and certified medication assistants (CMA) in your state. We are actively recruiting Registered Nurses to observe the skills portion of those exams.
So what exactly does an RN Test Observer do, and how much can an RN Test Observer make? Well, an RN Test observer works in four hour blocks testing 6 students. The entire process is computerized and you check that a candidate does or does not do each step for a pre-selected skill.
You are paid based on the number of skills tests and knowledge tests you administer. The more candidates you observe, the more money you make. The base rate is approximately $36.50 for a 35 minute or less skills test per candidate (you can observe 2 - 3 in an hour) for CNA testing, and $40 for a 25 minute or less skills test per candidate for CMA testing. But more than the money, you are making a large difference in these students’ lives and helping fill the shortage of nurse aides in your state.
Many RN Test Observers say that this is the best nursing job they have ever had.
All RN Test Observers must be an independent contractor and work under a business entity, or maintain their own LLC. If you are unsure how to go about this process, I have a guide I can email you that may be of assistance. Currently we are looking for someone with open availability on weekdays and weekends, but can consider all types of availability.
If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and active unencumbered RN License to Autumnc@hdmaster.com or call (800)393-8664 and ask for Autumn if you have further questions about this position.
