Duties:
- Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide timely customer feedback on ongoing cases,and provide after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the technical R&D team to resolve complex problems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Proficiency in industrial products.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in help desk support is advantageous
