Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT/ICT/FTTH/FTTX services and operational best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
