Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where you will be the first point of contact for our organization. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and customer service skills to manage our front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and project coordination
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
