Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the medical and clinical charts to ensure accuracy and compliance of clinical and medical documentation, amongst other responsibilities it could grow to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit patient charts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with clinicians and other staff members to address documentation deficiencies and provide education on proper documentation practices.
- Generate reports and analysis on audit findings, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Help improve organization, documentation protocols, and other tasks you see potential for improvement on.
Qualifications:
- ***RADT, SUDRC, RAC REQUIRED*** This position requires (at least) the entry level registration as you will be providing care and working within client charts. This can be acquired after hire, but must be willing to obtain if not held already. CADC, SUDRC, or CATC are of course welcome to apply as well!
- **Minimum of 1 year experience in substance use or mental health field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
