-Must be available at least 3 of the 4 days: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays
Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas/menu items according to specific recipes and customer requests
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed, must be able to lift up to
50 lbs.
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all times
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient operations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills to accurately measure ingredients and calculate cooking times
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions and making change
