Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for decision-making
- Manage key accounts and oversee the account management process
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales strategies
- Utilize technology sales tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities and performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, and leadership roles
- Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and market dynamics to drive sales growth
- Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a high-performing sales team effectively
