The role of our sales associate is an active, on the floor, entrepreneurial position that supports our team to grow a beautifully run business. This includes but is not limited to:
- one-on-one fit and styling sessions to drive sales and cultivate long term customer relationships
- collaboration, attention to detail and going the extra mile for teammates and customers alike
- operational excellence including solid computer skills and the ability to multitask
- shipping and receiving merchandise
- merchandising our collection in keeping with the Malia Mills aesthetic
Ideal candidate qualities include but are not limited to the following:
- curious, coachable and collaborative
- outgoing with a passion for fashion styling and selling
- strong communication skills
- ability to climb ladders to change light bulbs and lift a minimum of 40lbs (boxes, product, fixtures, etc)
The role also includes cultivating relationships with our neighbors as well as working with our local community to build our business via collaborations and events. It's a nuanced, proactive role that resonates beyond the walls of our stores.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
