We are looking for a full time Office Clerk. This team member needs to be proficient in 10-key data input and Excel. This position requires communicating with branch staffing, executive team members, and the office manager. This position reports directly to the Office Manager.
Job Duties may include:
- Accounts Receivables
- Account Payables
- Payroll Data Entry
- Payroll Data Tracking
- Deposit Auditing
- Cash Reports / Cash Management
- General Office
Requirements
· Has a willingness and ability to learn.
. Must be proficient with accounting.
· Posses' personal motivation and self-discipline.
· Must be very organized and detail oriented.
· Schedule: M-F
· Proficient computer skills including: Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
· Past office experience is a plus, but not required.
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
· Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
