Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will be dependable, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and client management software. Bilingual candidates who speak both English and Spanish are strongly preferred. This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate’s availability and the firm’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front person of the office, welcoming clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism
- Schedule and manage appointments using Google Calendar
- Maintain and update client information using Google Sheets and client management software
- Process client payments efficiently
- Follow instructions and complete tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Calendar
- Experience with client management software
- Ability to handle payments and manage financial transactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Dependable and punctual
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
