Lead Teacher
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide literacy education and promote early intervention strategies
- Incorporate physical education activities into daily routines
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Manage student behavior and implement behavior management strategies
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
- Collaborate with special education professionals to support students with special needs
- Participate in curriculum development and assessment activities
- Educate students on various subjects, including math, science, and social studies
Skills:
- Strong literacy education background
- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies
- Experience working with students of various ages and abilities
- Effective behavior management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations
