What the job entails:
This ranges depending on your interests and level of experience. Responsibilities could include:
- Talking in-person with homeowners (will require spending time outside and in homes)
- Being able to qualify which homeowners are eligible for solar
- Setting up sales consultations with eligible homeowners and/or running sales consultations
- Conducting online sales consultations
- Walking door to door
- Account management through to install
Requirements
- Is coachable; has a strong drive to learn and succeed
- Has customer service skills and likes talking with people
- Works well on a team
- Has a reliable means of transportation
- Comfortable with 100% commission based income
