A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LICENSED NURSING HOME AND CAMPUS EXECUTIVE
As an Executive Director/Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you play a vital role in our community. Without you, we would not be able to fulfill our purpose! You provide overall management of the day-to-day operations of the campus, starting with maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of resident services, participate in sales and marketing activities, recruitment, training and development of staff, development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction, and establishment of a climate necessary for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- MN NHA License
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- A degree in healthcare, business, or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $165,000.00 per year
