Join the Intuit Customer Success Team to help lead the TurboTax Professional Services (TTLIVE) Service Delivery team. We leverage thousands of experts during our peak season to answer our TurboTax customers’ tax related questions, and we offer tax advice through credentialed professionals. The Customer Success Organization is continually leveraging data and the innovations of its employees to take our interactions with our customers to the next level, with many new services just on the horizon.

Candidate can be remote or located in San Diego.

Minimum three to five years in a formal leadership/ people management role required. Experience in a remote management environment a plus.

Proven experience working with team members in establishing career development plans and in meeting varying individual needs.

Must be able to strongly lead a diverse workforce through a culture of inclusivity and situational leadership.

Strong project management skills and ability to work with partner teams, peers and senior leaders. Able to easily display/articulate the project work that has been accomplished & any work currently being done.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Credentialed tax professional licensed to practice before the IRS and/or understanding of IRS procedures a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred.

Partner with other leaders in the TTLIVE group to lead a high performing team in achieving or exceeding business unit goals. Specific goals include maximizing operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), retention of staff, ensuring consistent service quality expectations and managing a diverse front line management team…with new goals introduced as we bring on new services.

Establish effective partnerships with other parts of the organization to improve the overall customer experience and help introduce new services being developed.

Effectively manage a remote workforce of managers & their front line employees, taking into account and understanding the unique needs of this community
