Applicants with automotive BDC experience with is a plus.
Hours are Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls to recent service customers
- Assist with internet email leads and internet phone leads for service department
- Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
REQUIREMENTS:

Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle objections over the phone
- Call center experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Must work well within a team environment
- Familiar and comfortable using a computer, Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new computer applications.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
