We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technical support and can execute daily to continue to provide a great customer experience.
You will:
- Be the most direct point of communication between the company and our customers.
- Handle multiple support requests a day through a variety of channels including email, web form submissions, in-app/web chat, phone, and social media.
- Field pre-sales questions about how our products work - to live diagnostics and troubleshooting of our SMART Internet Connected devices and everything in between.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Reading: Comprehending customer requests, understanding problems and potential troubleshooting steps with limited information provided from customers.
- Writing: Sending dozens of written messages per day to customers and non-customers via chat/email/messaging systems.
- Phone/Speaking: Ability to communicate with customers from around the world, discuss technical details (no secondary language/translation skills required).
- Comfortability with technology including Smart Phones/Apps, Web and Web applications, “Cloud” based services, WiFi, IoT (Internet of Things). Detailed/technical experience not required but should be flexible and eager to learn the specific parts related to job position.
- Full-time, on-site presence required.
