Quality Control Supervisor

The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality control processes and procedures within the company. This role ensures that all products and services meet the required quality standards and regulations, and that the company is continuously improving its quality control practices.

Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Supervise and train quality control team members, providing guidance and support when needed.

Conduct quality control checks and inspections on New Homes to identify any issues or defects.

Analyze quality control data and report on key performance indicators to management.

Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes and procedures.

Ensure that all equipment and tools used for quality control are properly maintained and calibrated.

Stay informed about industry developments and updates related to quality control standards and regulations.

Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality control issues and address any concerns.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position.

Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and standards.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
