Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting as well as maintaining employee files, assets records and general office needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Conduct payroll processing and tax filings
- Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
- Implement double-entry bookkeeping principles
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in corporate accounting practices
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
- Ability to prepare financial reports independently
- Experience with bank reconciliation processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of ADP Run
