We need a friendly, professional Sales Operations Manager to join our team. You will be a crucial part of our daily operations by running a team that answers customer questions, submitting orders, and resolving conflicts. This position is critical in that you will act as the connecting team between our ecommerce leaders and our operations/production team.
A successful candidate for this position must blend administrative organizational skills with teaming and leadership. Primary Responsibilities
· Interact with customers and partners in a charming and productive manner
· Manage accounts through timely and effective communications
· Work as a key member of the leadership team, providing timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, and forecasting
· Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales team
· Define the sales operations strategy and roadmap and refresh
· Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials
· Acts as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures
Required Qualifications/skills
· 2+ years of experience in sales operations preferred but not required
· Possess advanced communication skills both written, and verbal
· Excellent organizational, attention to detail, strategic and analytical skills
· Enterprising and strong ability to multitask
· High performer with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure in a fast- paced environment
· Strong teamwork and networking skills and an ability to work with others who hold differing beliefs or values
· Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
· Experience using Enterprise software (SAP is desired, but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Position Details:
· Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
· Full-time, in-office (this is not a remote position although the work may be remote for a short time in the beginning as the physical office space is established)
· Relocation: Not provided
· Salary: Based on experience and capabilities

· Available to travel up to 15% of the time
