Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team in Houston. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales team by preparing reports, creating presentations, and supporting various sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Create compelling presentations for the sales team to support client meetings and internal reviews.
- Assist with the coordination and organization of sales materials and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing communications.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and support for the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
