LATTEART is the implementation of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).
LATTEART is a series of applications that fill in various gaps of the RMF needs to include System Registration, Exemption Tracking, Patch Management, and System Monitoring.
System Monitoring makes up the bulk of the work LATTEART does on a day-to-day basis.
However, this distribution of applications, in conjunction with external partner apps results in difficulties for users navigating the RMF process.
The current process forces users to jump from website to website filling out different pieces of information.
LATTEART is tasked with creating a unified RMF infrastructure that can hold the entire process in one location.
