full-time Recruiter exists within the Student Services Division of the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).
This position will be based in the Southern end of Chester County.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiter will identify and enroll students in the Migrant Education program following Federal, State and local guidelines and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)/Bicultural required.
- Basic Computer knowledge required.
- Ability to work effectively with staff, business representatives and school personnel required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with schools, area agencies and local businesses to identify new students moving into the area.
- Enroll students in the program using the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and complete all documentation following State guidelines
- Assist Student Support Specialists with all necessary information.
- Collect all State mandated data, maintain up-to-date reports and reports, complete Needs Assessment forms as required and attend all State and local meetings and training sessions.
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS:
- Ability to identify, prioritize and resolve issues and to problem solve using sound judgement.
- Ability to complete data on required documents using appropriate technology.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns from staff members and school personnel.
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, working nights and weekends as necessary.
2024-2025 SALARY:
$51,398 to $64,247 annually
Project, Band 12
Non-exempt
7.5 hours per day, 260 days per year
