Brand Ambassador
Job Description:
Join our team at Mortadella Head, a renowned specialty Italian-American pizza and sandwich shop known for its over the top menu and viral social media presence. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate/Brand Ambassador who excels in building customer relationships, has a passion for food, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
- Educate customers about our menu offerings, emphasizing our delicious sandwiches, pizza and specialty items rooted in Italian-American tradition.
- Recommend and upsell products based on customer preferences and needs, enhancing their overall satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked and attractive.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and uphold high standards of service excellence.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting.
- Willingness to be in photos, videos and collaborate with our content creators and social media team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and engaging customers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
- Enthusiasm for food and beverages, particularly Italian-American cuisine.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our business.
