The Receptionist answers and accurately directs phone calls professionally, greets clients and visitors positively. Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Switchboard and Reception Area:
- Answers incoming calls, within two rings, positively, and warmly.
- Accurately directs caller to the appropriate people courteously and professionally.
- Answers customer’s move inquiries, as needed, or directs the inquiry to the person best able to answer.
- Greets incoming clients and visitors in a friendly and positive way. Quickly notifies the person being visited.
Administration:
- Prepare daily paperwork needed for crews
- Input destination agent documents into system and make folders
- Work with management team on special projects and sales packets
- Complete daily quality assurance calls for scheduled and completed moves.
- Complete daily timeframe calls and advise customers of who their crew lead will be.
- Complete weekly mailers and order supplies when needed.
- Assist in order entry and file creation when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, computer keyboarding skills, effective communication skills, friendly and outgoing personality, organizational skills, and ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
- Understands and can perform basic office-practice skills, including filing, light typing, processing and sorting functions.
- Can carry out detailed written or verbal instructions,
- Ability to file, post, sort, or prepare mail projects. Can copy data from one source to another, obtain information from others, and deliver information to others clearly and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
