Executive Assistant to managing principal of a well established, family-owned, boutique real estate management and development company.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist Managing Principal
- Assist with lease preparation and negotiation
- Assist with contractor bidding and scheduling
- Prepare daily correspondence
- Assist with tenant relations, primarily office and retail tenants
- Tenant "Move-In" and "Move-Out"
- Office Administration
Beneficial Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 4 year’s experience in a similar role.
- Computer Literacy (Mac, PC, Word, Excel, etc)
- Typing Skills (50+ WPM)
- Office Administration Experience is a plus
- Property Management/Real Estate Experience is a plus
- Legal Assistant/Secretary experience is a plus
- Notary is a plus
- Must have HS degree
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required
- Should live locally (preferably within 10 miles of West Hollywood)
- Strong Organizational and Filing Skills
- Good Work Ethic - Timely and Responsible
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong desire to learn
Office hours are 9a-5p // Monday-Friday
No remote work possibility.
