ey Responsibilities:*

ve support to the HR Manager and HR Coordinator.
* Reviewing Applications: Check resumes and applications to see if candidates meet job requirements.
* Scheduling Interviews: Arrange interview times for candidates and notify everyone involved.
* Keep candidates updated on their application status and answer their questions
* Assisting and participating in the Interviews
* Update databases with candidate information and track their progress
* Assist with general office tasks like filing and scheduling meetings.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Excellent communication skills.
* People oriented person
* Bilingual (English and Spanish)
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Effective multitasking and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of Indeed platform. (preferred)
* High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
* Some experience in an office setting, preferably with a background in HR.
