The Clinical Assistant position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our dedicated team at Advanced Fertility Care in Glendale or Chandler, AZ locations. This is a full-time position, working Monday- Friday 7:15am-4:15pm with occasional Sundays required. This position requires travel to our Chandler and Glendale, AZ locations 1-2 times per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.
- Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information.
- Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.
- Performing minor diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Promoting patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Mediating between patients and healthcare providers.
- Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures.
- Setting up and stocking examination and procedure rooms.
- Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Andrology or Medical Assistant experience is preferred
- Minimum 2 years medical/back office clinic experience.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between our two offices.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$18.00-21.00 hourly
The compensation range for this position is between $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Final compensation offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
