Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to moving inquiries, bookings, and customer support.
- Provide detailed information about our moving services, rates, and availability.
- Assist customers with scheduling their moves and updating any changes.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with the moving team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and gather feedback post-move.
- Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
