Job Title: Senior Contract Support Specialist
Job Location: Remote or Local to Washington DC/Telework
Education: A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution and 24-semester hours of business-related college courses.
Work Experience:
Five (5) years of contract work experience based on the Contract Specialist
(GS-1102) Qualification Standard.

Required:

Provide advanced support and assistance in all areas of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based Federal procurement in which expertise is required such as: preparing and reviewing pre-procurement packages, actively participating in developing and managing acquisition plans, preparing/researching support documentation, making quality recommendations to the Contracting Officer, handling and resolving problems, validating data, and otherwise completing actions needed to successfully advertise, solicit, construct, award, administer, and or/or closeout Government contracts or task/delivery orders.

Monitor the status of and support de-obligating undelivered orders (UDOs).

Experience in automated systems and software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and teleconference applications.

Provide on-site supervision across all task orders for all contracted staff; promptly communicate with PM, COR, and CO to assist with coordinating work-related activities and resolving performance issues.
DAWIA/FAC-C/PMP certifications preferred
