The Registered Nurse, Infusion contributes to the company’s mission and supports the company’s values by providing safe, effective patient care in the clinic’s infusion suite, administering IV injections. Working independently, they are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the infusion suite, conducting drug calculations, reconstituting medications, and helping as needed in any other capacity according to established procedures. The RN will be responsible for monitoring vitals and providing discharge information and reports as necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-
Provide quality nursing care before, during and immediately after infusions.

Accurately record patient information

Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, and referral.
- Inventory, control, and maintain drug inventory, supplies and equipment.

Recognize and act on emergency care needs in the event of respiratory and/or cardiac occurrences.
- Report emergencies, unusual occurrences, and/or problems to the Operations Manager, or Lead RN.
- Assist with housekeeping duties and clinic needs, including cleaning, wrapping and sterilizing equipment.

Education and Experience:-
Registered Nurse with current CO RN license
- BLS certification required

ACLS certification required

Minimum of 1 year of infusion experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, electronic health systems and databases, such as EPIC, required

Knowledge of GCP, federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA policies and procedures.
