We are actively hiring experienced Estheticians for Sana FTL Training starts Tuesday May 23rd.
Training dates are Tuesday July 23rd- Tuesday August 5th. You must be available for training on all these day Monday-Friday. We do not train on Saturday and Sunday. Training Hours are generally 9-5 (some days we will start at 8 and end at 6).
At this time we are not interviewing candidates with less than 3 years of hands-on Esthetics Experience after receiving your Esthetics license.

Our “Sana Skin Healer” / Certified Esthetician joins our team to be part of a new kind of skincare experience. In this role, you will help deliver our signature Sana experience to each and every guest that walks in the door and build a strong culture and trust with our guests.
You will be working in a team environment as well as independently, reporting directly to our COO.
Skills Required:
- Certified Esthetician for at least 3 years
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of Skincare & Clean Beauty Industry
- Knowledge of facial massage, Gua Sha and lymphatic drainage techniques, skilled and confidence with thorough extraction techniques

- Deliver the Sana quality in service and hospitality consistently by following our protocols.
- Perform facials that ensure the signature Sana experience, results, relaxation and customer satisfaction.
- Lead guests through facials with a focus on education and reaching their skin goals.
- Be an educative face of our brand, ensuring client trust and skincare knowledge
- Deep knowledge of our products and services and their benefits
- Ability to communicate your skincare recommendations (Products & Services, Skincare Routine)
- Knowledge of gut-brain connection, skin nutrition, and ingredient knowledge
- Clean beauty 101 knowledge
- Participate actively in continued education with the team.
- Hold yourself accountable for excellent service
- Ensuring seamless day to day operations & positive environment
- Challenge yourself to stretch, achieve, and excel while being a true team player
- Participate actively and add value to all team training with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure each team member is delivering the best quality service every time.
- Ensure your room and equipment are sanitized and maintained to Sana’s standards
- Ensure your follow up emails are completed
- Ensure closing of the space is done properly based on our protocols
- Communicate directly with COO on any HR issues
- Assist COO in weekly restock treatment supplies in treatment rooms
