Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional to join our Fort Lauderdale team. As a Member Concierge, you will contact current gym members to follow up on their experience and address any concerns or questions. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and an ability to establish a genuine connection with members. The primary goal of a Member Concierge is to enhance the member experience and contribute to the long-term success of the gym by retaining satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
- Calling and emailing club members
- Handle member inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of customer service practices and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role preferred
