RDR Utility Services group is seeking an HR Assistant with a specialization in recruitment and onboarding, you will play a vital role in attracting top talent to our organization and ensuring their smooth transition into our company while communicating with division managers and/or project managers regarding process updates and new hire status. You will work closely with the HR team to support the recruiting process while focusing on streamlining the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment:

Assist in developing job descriptions and job specifications to attract qualified candidates.

Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and university partnerships.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews. Basing the schedule on your and/or the managers’ availability.

Conduct or assist in interviews as needed by division managers.

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.

Onboarding:
-
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.

Provide and monitor all new hire packets through company tools.

Coordinate new hire orientation sessions with all necessary team members.

Serve as a point of contact for new hires to address any questions or concerns during their onboarding process.

Collect feedback from new employees to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.

Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment and onboarding techniques.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, any related field or 2 years of experience with HR/Onboarding in a similar industry.

Familiarity with ATS systems.

Previous experience with Docusign and Smart Sheet are a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
