Responsible for recruiting all Commercial positions for our New York and Miami offices, the role requires experience in building a robust pipeline of high-calibre talent, and ability to demonstrate an “outside of the box” approach in your search methodology. You will be responsible for the sourcing of passive and active candidates and managing them through recruitment process including post-offer stage. You must be able to successfully execute and close searches against set timelines, understand how to prioritize to hit internal SLAs and thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Attracting the best candidates using a variety of techniques such as direct sourcing, job boards and headhunting- Liaising and building strong relationship with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and requirements
- Constantly building strong relationships with colleagues/ stakeholders across the wider business, providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
- Managing the full recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding
- Ensure all documentation and compliance is correctly followed in relation to recruitment and retention strategy
- Work with Marketing and other departments to develop and market the employer brand
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
- Assisting managers in analysing and improving individual performance and capability
- Assisting managers with HR, IT, on-boarding and administration tasks as well as recruiting for.
non commercial roles as and when required
Experience as a Lead Recruiter or Recruitment Manager
• Strong ability to manage multiple roles, candidates and work to tight deadlines • Strong and stable employment track-record
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Easily adaptable to vary your style and approach to meet hiring director needs and requirements
- Induction/on-boarding experience would be advantageous
